What they came in needing
YELIR WORLD is a premium athleisure and lifestyle brand built around sharp fits and a confident, street-luxury identity. With product drops moving quickly and customers buying online, every image needed to communicate quality instantly: fit, finish and fabric had to read correctly at a glance, and the catalogue needed to feel like one brand across every release rather than a fresh interpretation each time.
What made it difficult
Premium athleisure sits in an odd spot: over-style it and it reads as a lifestyle shoot that never answers the basic product questions a shopper has; under-style it and it loses the street-luxury edge that sets the brand apart. YELIR WORLD needed a partner who could hold that balance release after release, rather than for one hero shoot.
What we shot
A cohesive library combining on-model sets, to show silhouette, movement and wearability, with a full suite of ghost mannequin sets to show garment construction, fit lines and structure with precision. Outfits were sequenced across multiple looks for on-set efficiency, and lighting tests were run up front to lock colour accuracy and fabric representation before the main sets began.
How the day ran
Pre-production worked from structured shot lists built around ecommerce requirements, PDP, category and campaign needs, with outfit sequencing designed for efficiency across multiple looks. On set, model and ghost mannequin ran as coordinated stations, with creative direction keeping the brand feel modern and minimal throughout. The same repeatable approach was run across all ten shoots in the partnership, so no release needed its own interpretation of the brand.
What was delivered
Clean, consistent ghost mannequin finishing for a premium ecommerce look, retouched to keep real fabric texture rather than smoothing it away. Uniform cropping and formatting across categories, delivered as structured, web-ready assets for easy integration into the site, plus the framework itself, documented so it could be picked up for the next drop without resetting the brand's look.
What changed afterwards
YELIR WORLD gained faster turnaround on new releases, because the studio already knew the brand's aesthetic and workflow going into each shoot. The bigger shift was consistency: a customer browsing this season's drop beside last season's now sees one coherent image library, not ten different interpretations of the same brand.
